- 350 mlwater
warm
- 1 tspsugar-free syrup
- 7 gdry yeast
- 300 goats
ground to flour
- 1 tspsalt
- 30 mlolive oil
- rolled oats
for topping
Instructions
Stir 350ml warm water, 1 teaspoon sugar-free syrup and 7g dry yeast; let stand until foamy.
Grind 300g oats into flour and combine with 1 teaspoon salt in a large bowl.
Pour in the activated yeast with 30ml olive oil and work in the oat flour a third at a time until a soft dough forms.
Oil your hands, shape into a loaf, transfer to an oiled tin and sprinkle with rolled oats.
Drizzle with olive oil, rest 15-, then bake at 220°C (430°F) for until deep golden.
