Ingredients

  • 240 gcanned beans
  • 2 pieceegg
  • 30 gflaxseed

    ground

  • salt

    a little

  • coriander
  • dried garlic
  • 20 gpsyllium husk
  • 10 gbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Blend canned beans with eggs

  2. Add ground flaxseed, salt, coriander and dried garlic

  3. Stir in psyllium and baking powder

  4. Let the dough rest for

  5. Shape into 2 loaves on an oiled baking sheet

  6. Sprinkle with dried garlic

  7. Bake at 180 C for 35-
