Ingredients

  • 400 goat flour
  • 7 gyeast
  • 300 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 125 gsweet potato

    grated

Instructions

  1. Combine 400g oat flour, 7g yeast, 300ml water, 30ml olive oil and 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup; start mixing.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon salt after half is mixed to protect the yeast strength.

  3. Fold in 125g grated sweet potato and knead into a soft dough.

  4. Transfer to a greased loaf pan, drizzle with oil, cover and proof in a warm spot.

  5. Sprinkle with oats and bake at 200°C for 50-; cool before slicing.
