- 400 goat flour
- 7 gyeast
- 300 mlwater
- 30 mlolive oil
- 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
- 1 tspsalt
- 125 gsweet potato

Instructions
Combine 400g oat flour, 7g yeast, 300ml water, 30ml olive oil and 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup; start mixing.
Add 1 teaspoon salt after half is mixed to protect the yeast strength.
Fold in 125g grated sweet potato and knead into a soft dough.
Transfer to a greased loaf pan, drizzle with oil, cover and proof in a warm spot.
Sprinkle with oats and bake at 200°C for 50-; cool before slicing.
