  • 7 gdry yeast
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 350 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Mix oat flour, dry yeast and salt; make a well in the center.

  2. Add water, olive oil and sugar-free syrup, then knead the dough with a mixer.

  3. Oil a baking form and transfer the dough into it.

  4. Brush the top with oil and sprinkle rolled oats on top.

  5. Cover and let rest in a warm place for .

  6. Bake at 220 degrees C for .

  7. Let the bread cool before slicing; store no longer than 3 days.

Soft and mild. No sugar and it still tastes good.

A bit gummy if underbaked. Go the full baking time even if it looks done — worth the patience. Mine needed an extra 10 minutes beyond what the recipe stated. Tap the bottom and listen for a hollow sound before pulling it out.
