A simple seed and oat protein bread made of ground flaxseed, rolled oats, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds bound with water and olive oil. Vegan, gluten-free and ready with 5 minutes of prep.

Ingredients

  • 80 gflaxseed

    ground

  • 240 grolled oats
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 50 gsunflower seeds
  • 60 gsesame seeds
  • salt

    to taste

  • 450 mlwater
  • 2½ tbspolive oil

    2-3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind flaxseed in a blender or grinder.

  2. Combine flaxseed, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and salt in a bowl.

  3. Add water and olive oil; stir to form a thick dough.

  4. Let the dough rest for 10 to .

  5. Transfer the dough to a greased bread form.
