Seed and Oat Protein Bread — No Flour, No Yeast, No Eggs
A simple seed and oat protein bread made of ground flaxseed, rolled oats, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds bound with water and olive oil. Vegan, gluten-free and ready with 5 minutes of prep.

Ingredients
- 80 gflaxseed
ground
- 240 grolled oats
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 50 gsunflower seeds
- 60 gsesame seeds
- salt
to taste
- 450 mlwater
- 2½ tbspolive oil

Instructions
Grind flaxseed in a blender or grinder.
Combine flaxseed, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and salt in a bowl.
Add water and olive oil; stir to form a thick dough.
Let the dough rest for 10 to .
Transfer the dough to a greased bread form.
Bake at 180 degrees C for .
