Ingredients

  • 300 mlwater

    warm

  • 9 gdry yeast

    7-11g

  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup

    or honey

  • 30 mlolive oil
  • pinchsalt

    to taste

  • 1egg

    optional

  • 350 goats
  • pumpkin seeds

    a handful, for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix 300ml warm water with 7-11g dry yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup or honey and let the yeast activate.

  2. Stir in 30ml olive oil, salt to taste and optionally 1 egg.

  3. Add 350g oats and mix well, then pour into a greased tin.

  4. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top and proof 30- in a warm spot.

  5. Bake at 200°C for 25-, cool and slice.
