- 300 mlwater
warm
- 9 gdry yeast
7-11g
- 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
or honey
- 30 mlolive oil
- pinchsalt
to taste
- 1egg

- 350 goats
- pumpkin seeds
a handful, for topping
Instructions
Mix 300ml warm water with 7-11g dry yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup or honey and let the yeast activate.
Stir in 30ml olive oil, salt to taste and optionally 1 egg.
Add 350g oats and mix well, then pour into a greased tin.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top and proof 30- in a warm spot.
Bake at 200°C for 25-, cool and slice.
