Red Lentil Bread Sticks
Flour-free red lentil bread sticks with psyllium, pumpkin seeds and dried garlic. Quick 5-minute grandmother's recipe baked at high heat.

Ingredients
- 200 gred lentils
soaked 1 hour
- 125 mlwater
- dried garlic
- 30 mlolive oil
- lemon juice
a little
- salt
to taste
- 50 gpsyllium husk
- 1 tspbaking powder
- 30 gpumpkin seeds
pan-toasted and chopped
- coriander
for topping
Instructions
Soak red lentils , drain and blend with 125 ml water
Add dried garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and salt
Stir in psyllium and baking powder
Fold in chopped toasted pumpkin seeds
Brush with olive oil and shape into sticks
Sprinkle with coriander
Bake at 200 C for
