Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 160 gred lentils

    ground to flour

  • 240 mlwater
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 2 pieceeggs
  • ½ tspsalt
  • 30 gpumpkin seeds
  • 30 gsunflower seeds
  • ½ tspdried garlic
  • ½ tspdried basil
  • ½ tspdried tomato
  • 40 gpsyllium husk
  • 12 gbaking powder
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Grind lentils in a coffee grinder until they become flour

  2. Mix all ingredients together

  3. Let sit for so psyllium swells

  4. Grease a loaf pan and transfer dough

  5. Make a cut and sprinkle with sesame seeds

  6. Bake for 45- at 180 C until golden brown

The psyllium husk makes it hold together well. Good firm texture all the way through. I was skeptical about the ingredient at first but it made a real difference — without it the dough was too wet to shape properly.
