Red Lentil Diet Bread
A slimming red lentil bread with rice flour, psyllium, turmeric and dried garlic. Low-fat, flour-free loaf topped with cumin seeds.

Ingredients
- 200 gred lentils
soaked 2 hours
- 80 mlwater
- 30 mlolive oil
- lemon juice
a little
- ½ tspsalt
- 1 tspturmeric
- 5 gbaking powder
- 2 tbsprice flour
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- dried garlic
- 1 tspdried dill
- cumin seeds
for topping
Instructions
Soak red lentils in water , then drain
Blend lentils with 80 ml water, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, turmeric and baking powder
Add rice flour and psyllium, mix well
Let rest
Fold in dried garlic and dried dill
Transfer to an oiled loaf pan, score the top
Sprinkle with cumin seeds
Bake at 200 C for 50-
