Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 150 grolled oats
  • 50 gflaxseed

    ground

  • salt
  • 400 mlboiling water
  • 60 ghazelnuts
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 70 gsunflower seeds
  • 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 tspblack sesame seeds
  • 40 gcoconut oil
  • Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Mix oats with ground flaxseed and salt

  2. Pour boiling water over and let cool

  3. Pan-toast hazelnuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds

  4. Grind 2/3 of the nuts and seeds

  5. Add all nuts, sesame seeds, coconut oil and Italian herbs to the dough

  6. Shape into sticks and brush with water

  7. Sprinkle with flaxseed

  8. Bake at 180 C for 35-
