Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 50 gpumpkin seeds
  • 60 galmonds
  • 70 gsunflower seeds
  • 1 tspwhite sesame seeds
  • 1 tspblack sesame seeds
  • 60 gflaxseed

    ground

  • coriander
  • 150 grolled oats
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 40 gcoconut oil
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 400 mlboiling water

Instructions

  1. Grind 1/3 of pumpkin seeds, almonds and sunflower seeds in a blender

  2. Mix with whole nuts and seeds, sesame seeds and ground flaxseed

  3. Add coriander, rolled oats and salt

  4. Stir in coconut oil and honey

  5. Pour over boiling water and mix well

  6. Let the dough rest

  7. Transfer to an oiled loaf pan and sprinkle with coriander

  8. Bake at 180 C for 40-
