Ingredients

  • 130 gbaked beetroot
  • 250 mlwater
  • 6 gdry yeast
  • 250 grolled oats
  • 60 gwalnuts
  • salt

    a little

  • 2 tbspflaxseed
  • oregano
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • 100 goat flour
  • butter
  • flaxseed

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend baked beetroot with water and dry yeast

  2. Mix with rolled oats, walnuts, salt, flaxseed and oregano

  3. Add olive oil and oat flour, knead into a dough

  4. Grease a baking pan with butter

  5. Shape the dough in the pan and sprinkle with flaxseed

  6. Bake at 180 C for 40-
