- 20 gchia seeds
- 20 gpsyllium
- 1 tspsalt
- 200 gcanned beans
with 200g liquid
- 30 mlolive oil
- 140 mlwarm water
- raisins
a handful, optional
- coriander
for topping
Instructions
Toast sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds and cashews in a dry pan.
Combine 200g oats with the toasted nuts and seeds, 80g flaxseed, 20g chia, 20g psyllium and 1 teaspoon salt.
Blend 200g canned beans with 200g of their liquid and add 30ml olive oil plus 140ml warm water.
Stir the wet into the dry; fold in raisins if desired.
Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with coriander and a drizzle of oil; rest .
Bake at 180°C for 60-; cool before slicing.
