- 200 goats
ground in blender
- 100 goat flour
- 11 gbaking powder
- 18 gpsyllium husk
- 2eggs
- 500 gkefir
or liquid yogurt
- 30 mlolive oil
- 2 tbsprolled oats
for topping
Instructions
Combine 200g ground oats, 100g oat flour, 11g baking powder and 18g psyllium in a large bowl.
Whisk 2 eggs with 500g kefir and 30ml olive oil, then pour into the dry mix and stir thoroughly.
Let the dough rest for until thick, oil your hands and shape into a loaf on a greased pan.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons rolled oats and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45- until firm; cool before slicing.
