Ingredients

  • 230 goats

    2 cups

  • 20 gchia seeds
  • 40 gpsyllium husk
  • 60 gsesame seeds

  • 70 gpumpkin seeds

    pan-toasted

  • 70 gsunflower seeds

    pan-toasted

  • 20 gflaxseed

    ground

  • salt

    a little

  • 500 mlwater

Instructions

  1. Pan-toast 60g sesame, 70g pumpkin and 70g sunflower seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant.

  2. Grind 20g flaxseed in a coffee grinder and combine with 230g oats, 20g chia, 40g psyllium and salt.

  3. Pour in 500ml water, stir well and let the batter rest until it thickens.

  4. Oil a baking dish, divide the dough into 3 parts, shape each into a bar and arrange side by side.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 35- until the crust is crisp and aromatic. Cool fully before slicing.
