- 230 goats
2 cups
- 20 gchia seeds
- 40 gpsyllium husk
- 60 gsesame seeds

- 70 gpumpkin seeds

- 70 gsunflower seeds
pan-toasted
- 20 gflaxseed
ground
- salt

- 500 mlwater
Instructions
Pan-toast 60g sesame, 70g pumpkin and 70g sunflower seeds in a dry skillet until fragrant.
Grind 20g flaxseed in a coffee grinder and combine with 230g oats, 20g chia, 40g psyllium and salt.
Pour in 500ml water, stir well and let the batter rest until it thickens.
Oil a baking dish, divide the dough into 3 parts, shape each into a bar and arrange side by side.
Bake at 180°C for 35- until the crust is crisp and aromatic. Cool fully before slicing.
