- 150 gmillet
soaked 12 hours
- 350 gred lentils
soaked 12 hours
- 150 mlwater
- garlic
- 2 tbspcoconut oil
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tspbaking soda
- 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsppsyllium
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Soak 150g millet and 350g red lentils ; drain and rinse well.
Blend with 150ml water and garlic until almost smooth.
Stir in 2 tablespoons coconut oil and 1 teaspoon salt.
Add 1 teaspoon soda, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons psyllium; rest .
Transfer to a greased baking dish, score the top and sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 180°C for 40-; cool completely before slicing.
