  • 150 gmillet

    soaked 12 hours

  • 350 gred lentils

    soaked 12 hours

  • 150 mlwater
  • garlic
  • 2 tbspcoconut oil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsppsyllium
  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Soak 150g millet and 350g red lentils ; drain and rinse well.

  2. Blend with 150ml water and garlic until almost smooth.

  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons coconut oil and 1 teaspoon salt.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon soda, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons psyllium; rest .

  5. Transfer to a greased baking dish, score the top and sprinkle with sesame.

  6. Bake at 180°C for 40-; cool completely before slicing.
