Ingredients

  • 1 cupmillet

    soaked 8-12 hours

  • 1 cupgreen buckwheat

    soaked 8-12 hours

  • 50 gmixed seeds

    pan-toasted

  • 8 tbspwater
  • 4 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspflaxseed

    ground in a coffee grinder

  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup

    or honey

  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • black sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Soak 1 cup millet and 1 cup green buckwheat in water 8-; drain and rinse.

  2. Add 8 tablespoons water and 4 tablespoons olive oil and blend until almost smooth.

  3. Fold in 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed, toasted mixed seeds, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup.

  4. Add 1 teaspoon baking soda deglazed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and stir gently.

  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with black sesame.

  6. Bake at 190°C for ; cool fully before slicing.
