Ingredients

  • 210 ggreen lentils
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • 1 tspItalian herbs
  • turmeric

    a little

  • 35 gpsyllium husk
  • salt

    to taste

  • 100 gpumpkin seeds
  • 350 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend green lentils with water

  2. Add baking powder, Italian herbs, turmeric, psyllium and salt

  3. Fold in pumpkin seeds

  4. Add olive oil and stir until combined

  5. Let rest to thicken

  6. Transfer to an oiled loaf pan

  7. Bake until firm
