Green Lentil Bread in 5 Minutes
A quick flour-free green lentil bread with pumpkin seeds, psyllium and turmeric. Italian herbs add flavor to this 5-minute grandmother's recipe.

Ingredients
- 210 ggreen lentils
- 10 gbaking powder
- 1 tspItalian herbs
- turmeric
a little
- 35 gpsyllium husk
- salt
to taste
- 100 gpumpkin seeds
- 350 mlwater
- 30 mlolive oil
Instructions
Blend green lentils with water
Add baking powder, Italian herbs, turmeric, psyllium and salt
Fold in pumpkin seeds
Add olive oil and stir until combined
Let rest to thicken
Transfer to an oiled loaf pan
Bake until firm

Added vegetable juice instead of water. My mother-in-law bakes this now too.
Dense but tasted fine. Soak lentils longer next time.
