Ingredients

  • 200 ggreen buckwheat

    soaked 8 hours

  • 200 mlwater
  • 3 tbspflax seeds

    ground

  • salt

    to taste

  • dried basil
  • 10 gbaking powder
  • sunflower seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Soak the green buckwheat in water for , then drain and rinse.

  2. Purée the buckwheat with 200 ml fresh water until creamy.

  3. Stir in ground flax, salt, basil and baking powder to a thick batter.

  4. Scrape into an oiled loaf pan and top with sunflower seeds.

  5. Bake at 190°C for 40- until firm and fragrant.

  6. Cool before slicing.
