Ingredients

  • 200 glentils

    soaked several hours

  • 80 mlwater
  • salt

    to taste

  • 10 gbaking powder
  • dried garlic

    to taste

  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Soak 200g lentils for several hours, drain and rinse thoroughly.

  2. Blend the lentils with 80ml water using an immersion blender until smooth, adding salt to taste.

  3. Stir in 10g baking powder, dried garlic and 2 tablespoons psyllium until the batter thickens.

  4. Spray a baking dish with oil, pour in the batter and drizzle more oil on top; sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45- until the top is firm; cool before slicing.
