Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 gred lentils

    soaked

  • 120 mlwater
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 50 gpsyllium husk
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • dried garlic
  • dried tomatoes
  • salt
  • coriander
  • 30 gpumpkin seeds

    toasted and chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak lentils for a few hours, rinse and drain

  2. Blend lentils with water, olive oil and lemon juice

  3. Add psyllium, baking powder, dried garlic, dried tomatoes, salt and coriander

  4. Toast pumpkin seeds in a pan, chop with knife and add

  5. Mix all ingredients well

  6. Shape into loaves and brush with water

  7. Sprinkle with remaining coriander

  8. Bake at 200 C (392 F) for 25-
