Ingredients

  • 200 mlwater

    warm

  • 9 gdry yeast

    7-11g

  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup

    or honey

  • 1 tsporegano
  • ½ tspdry garlic
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • pinchsalt

    to taste

  • 210 grice flour

    sifted

  • 1egg
  • sunflower seeds

    a handful, for topping

  • sesame seeds

    a handful, for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix 200ml warm water with 7-11g dry yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup or honey and let the yeast activate.

  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon oregano, 1/2 teaspoon dry garlic, 30ml olive oil and salt to taste.

  3. Add 210g sifted rice flour and 1 egg and mix to a smooth batter.

  4. Proof for 30- in a warm spot.

  5. Pour into a greased tin, top with sunflower and sesame seeds and bake at 190°C for .

  6. Cool completely before slicing.
