Ingredients

- 450 mlwarm water
- 10 ghoney
- 7 gdry yeast
- coriander
or spices to taste
- salt

- 1 tbspolive oil
- 250 goat bran
- 350 goats
- flaxseed
for topping
Instructions
In a bowl stir 450ml warm water with 10g honey and 7g dry yeast; rest until active.
Add a little coriander and salt with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Stir in 250g oat bran and 350g oats; knead into a soft dough.
Transfer to a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with flaxseed and proof 10- in a warm spot.
Bake at 180°C for until the crust is crisp; cool before slicing.
