Ingredients

  • 450 mlwarm water
  • 10 ghoney
  • 7 gdry yeast
  • coriander

    or spices to taste

  • salt

    a little

  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 250 goat bran
  • 350 goats
  • flaxseed

    for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl stir 450ml warm water with 10g honey and 7g dry yeast; rest until active.

  2. Add a little coriander and salt with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

  3. Stir in 250g oat bran and 350g oats; knead into a soft dough.

  4. Transfer to a greased loaf pan, sprinkle with flaxseed and proof 10- in a warm spot.

  5. Bake at 180°C for until the crust is crisp; cool before slicing.
