  • 240 gcanned chickpeas with liquid
  • 20 mlvegetable oil
  • 20 gpsyllium husk
  • dried garlic
  • oregano
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 20 gflaxseed
  • 4 tbsppsyllium husk

Instructions

  1. Blend chickpeas with their liquid in a mixer

  2. Add vegetable oil, psyllium, dried garlic and oregano

  3. Stir in baking powder, flaxseed and extra psyllium

  4. Let rest

  5. Divide the dough into 6 parts and shape into rolls

  6. Sprinkle with psyllium and dried garlic on one side

  7. Bake at 180 C for 35-
