Ingredients

  • 250 mlwarm water

    1 glass

  • 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • 7 gdry yeast
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • 250 ggreen buckwheat flour
  • 70 gcorn starch
  • caraway seeds
  • salt
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast and syrup in warm water and rest until foamy.

  2. Mix buckwheat flour, cornstarch, caraway and salt in a bowl.

  3. Stir yeast liquid and olive oil into the dry mix to form a soft dough.

  4. Transfer to an oiled loaf pan, cover and prove in a warm place for .

  5. Brush the top with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C for 40-.

  6. Cool fully before slicing.
