- 1 tbspsugar-free syrup
- 7 gdry yeast
- 20 mlolive oil
- 250 ggreen buckwheat flour
- 70 gcorn starch
- caraway seeds
- salt
- sesame seeds

Instructions
Dissolve yeast and syrup in warm water and rest until foamy.
Mix buckwheat flour, cornstarch, caraway and salt in a bowl.
Stir yeast liquid and olive oil into the dry mix to form a soft dough.
Transfer to an oiled loaf pan, cover and prove in a warm place for .
Brush the top with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180°C for 40-.
Cool fully before slicing.
