  • 350 graw buckwheat

    ground in a blender

  • 80 gspinach

    fresh

  • 11 gbaking powder
  • pinchsalt
  • 1apple

    grated

  • 100 mlwater

Instructions

  1. Grind 350g raw buckwheat to a fine flour in a blender.

  2. Blend 80g fresh spinach with 100ml water until smooth, then combine with the buckwheat flour, 11g baking powder and a pinch of salt.

  3. Fold in 1 grated apple and mix until you have a spoonable dough. No kneading required.

  4. Transfer to a greased loaf tin, level the top and bake at 180°C for about , until firm and fragrant. Cool before slicing.
