  • 4eggs
  • 150 galmonds
  • 100 gsunflower seeds
  • 300 ggreen buckwheat
  • 100 graisins
  • salt

    to taste

  • sesame seeds

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk 4 eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl.

  2. Chop 150g almonds and 100g sunflower seeds, then stir in with 300g green buckwheat and 100g raisins.

  3. Transfer the thick mixture to a greased loaf pan, brush with vegetable oil.

  4. Sprinkle with sesame and bake at 180°C for 40-.

  5. Recipe 2: soak 200g green buckwheat overnight, mix with 3 tablespoons flaxseed, salt, basil, baking powder and 200ml water, then bake at 190°C for 40-.
