- 130 gcheese

- 1 clovegarlic
- olive oil
for sauteing
- pumpkin seeds
for topping
Instructions
Steam 1 broccoli head for 10- and mash with a fork. Reserve half for this recipe.
Whisk 2 eggs with salt, stir in 1 cup oats and let them soak 15-.
Saute 1/2 onion, 3 diced mushrooms and 1 carrot in olive oil until golden, then stir into the oat mixture with the broccoli.
Fold in 130g grated cheese and a little garlic; transfer to an oiled baking tray and top with pumpkin seeds.
Bake at 180°C for , finishing the last on convection for a golden crust. Cool and slice.
