Apple and Pumpkin Seed Bread
Flour-free, baking-powder-free bread made with ground flaxseed, chia, pumpkin seeds and grated apple. Held together with eggs and a light coriander top.

Ingredients
- 50 gflaxseed
- 50 gchia seeds
- 150 gpumpkin seeds
pan-toasted and ground
- 225 gapple
grated
- 3 pieceegg
- 1 tspsalt
- coriander
for topping
Instructions
Grind flaxseed and chia in a coffee grinder
Pan-toast pumpkin seeds and blend
Mix all dry ingredients
Beat eggs with salt
Fold dry ingredients and grated apple into the eggs
Grease a baking pan with oil
Transfer the dough and sprinkle with coriander
Bake at 190 C for 40-
