Melbourne Australia. My mother in law has been on a strict low carb diet for eight months. She comes for Sunday lunch and always asks me to make this bread. It is the first bread she has eaten without guilt since her diagnosis. I grind the seeds fresh every time for better texture.

Grinding seeds into flour is clever. The apple gives natural sweetness. Gluten free and genuinely tasty.
