- 160 gred lentils
- 40 gpsyllium husk
- 10 gbaking powder
- 60 gwalnuts
- 2eggs
- 250 mlkefir
or liquid yogurt
- 20 mlolive oil
- coriander
- salt
to taste
- 1 tspsesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind 160g red lentils to flour.
Combine with 40g psyllium, salt, coriander and 10g baking powder.
Fold in 60g chopped walnuts, then whisk in 2 eggs, 250ml kefir and 20ml olive oil.
Transfer to a greased baking dish, drizzle with extra olive oil and sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 180°C for 45-.
Blend the smoothie: 2 green apples, 40g cilantro, 2 celery stalks, 70g spinach and 1 glass of water with ice.
