Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 200 grolled oats
  • salt
  • 1 tsporegano
  • dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsppsyllium husk
  • 2 tspchia seeds
  • ½ tspbaking powder
  • 30 gpumpkin seeds
  • 30 gsunflower seeds
  • 200 mlwater
  • 100 mlkefir
  • 30 mlolive oil
  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Whisk oats with salt, oregano, dried tomatoes, psyllium, chia, baking powder and seeds.

  2. Pour in water, kefir and olive oil and stir into a thick batter.

  3. Rest so the psyllium and chia hydrate and the dough firms.

  4. Transfer to an oiled loaf pan, drizzle with extra oil and sprinkle sesame on top.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 40- until the crust is deep brown.

  6. Cool in the pan before unmolding.
