Very filling. My wife keeps eating too much of it.

I have been managing celiac disease for twelve years and stopped expecting bread to taste good. Everything from the supermarket leaves me bloated or tastes like cardboard. I tried this on a Tuesday evening with almost no hope. It is dense and satisfying, holds together when sliced, and my stomach felt fine the next morning. Made it four times in two weeks. My daughter asked for the recipe. She does not even have celiac but prefers this now.
