- 560 ggreen buckwheat
soaked 12 hours
- 390 mlwater
- 6 tbspsunflower seeds

Instructions
Soak 560g green buckwheat , then drain and rinse thoroughly.
Blend with 390ml water until smooth; ferment at room temperature .
Toast 6 tablespoons sunflower seeds in a dry pan and fold into the risen batter with 1 teaspoon salt.
Transfer to a buttered loaf pan, sprinkle with flaxseed and bake at 180°C for .
Cool thoroughly before slicing; remaining slices can be dried for crackers at 140-160°C for .
