Separate egg whites from yolks
Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form
Gently fold in albumin
Grease pan with butter
Spread mixture into pan
Bake for at 180 C

Delicate — collapses if you open the oven too early. Leave it the full time with the door closed.
Interesting concept. Mine came out slightly flat the first time but the flavor was good. Second attempt was better.
