Pain aux graines de lin et noix de cajou
Un pain sans farine et sans levure à base de graines de lin, psyllium et noix de cajou. Sans gluten avec un index glycémique bas, servi avec une tartinade à l'avocat et au poivron.

Ingrédients
- 250 gflaxseed
- 40 gpsyllium husk
- salt
a little
- coriander
- 10 gbaking powder
- 100 gcashews
- 350 mlwater
- vegetable oil
a little
Instructions
Mix flaxseed, psyllium, salt, coriander and baking powder
Grind cashews and add to the dry mixture
Pour in water and stir into a dough
Let rest until thickened
Transfer to an oiled baking pan
Sprinkle with ground coriander
Bake until firm

Good and filling. Lovely with olive oil and tomato.
My grandmother lived to 96. She always said the secret was simple wholesome food. When I found this recipe I thought of her immediately.
Dense but tasty. Takes getting used to.
