Un pain sans farine et sans œufs à base de graines de lin, noisettes, noix et fibres de courge. Riche en fibres et en bonnes graisses pour la santé intestinale.

Ingrédients
- 3 tbspflaxseed
ground
- 240 mlwater
- 60 ghazelnuts
toasted
- 50 gwalnuts
toasted
- 65 gsunflower seeds
toasted
- Himalayan salt
to taste
- 100 gpumpkin fiber
or almond flour
- 10 gbaking powder
- 2 tbsppsyllium husk
- 1 tbspolive oil
- pumpkin seeds
for topping
Instructions
Grind flaxseed in a coffee grinder
Mix ground flaxseed with half the water to make a plant-based egg, let rest
Toast hazelnuts, walnuts and sunflower seeds in a dry pan
Grind toasted nuts and seeds in a blender
Mix with salt, pumpkin fiber, baking powder and psyllium husk
Add olive oil, flax egg and remaining water gradually
Let rest
Grease a baking pan, shape the dough and make slits
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds
Bake for 50- at 180 C (350 F) until golden

Very good for something with no eggs. Holds together well.
A little heavy but the flavor is good.
My son is allergic to eggs. Finding bread for him has been a years-long challenge. This is the first recipe that worked and that he genuinely enjoys. Thank you so much.
