Pain aux pois chiches à 2 ingrédients et cookies sains aux pois chiches
Un pain sans farine aux pois chiches fait uniquement de pois chiches trempés et de psyllium, assaisonné d'aneth, coriandre et romarin. La vidéo inclut aussi un cookie sain aux pois chiches et noix en bonus.

Ingrédients
- 150 gchickpeas
soaked in water for 12 hours, then drained
- 100 mlwater
- 1 tspsalt
- 25 gpsyllium husk
- 1 tspground dill
- 1 tspground coriander
- 1 tspground rosemary
- 30 mlolive oil
- coriander

Instructions
Soak chickpeas in water for , then drain.
Blend soaked chickpeas with 100 ml water until smooth.
Add salt and psyllium husk and mix well.
Add ground dill, coriander and rosemary; stir to combine.
Pour in olive oil and mix well; let the dough rest for 15 to .
Oil your hands, shape the dough on a baking tray and score the top.
Sprinkle coriander on top and bake at 180 degrees C for .

Mine came out a bit flat. Maybe I did not blend long enough.
