Pain aux pommes et graines de courge
Pain sans farine et sans levure chimique fait de graines de lin moulues, chia, graines de courge et pomme râpée. Tenu ensemble par des œufs avec un soupçon de coriandre.

- 50 gflaxseed
- 50 gchia seeds
- 150 gpumpkin seeds
pan-toasted and ground
- 225 gapple
grated
- 3 pieceegg
- 1 tspsalt
- coriander
for topping
Instructions
Grind flaxseed and chia in a coffee grinder
Pan-toast pumpkin seeds and blend
Mix all dry ingredients
Beat eggs with salt
Fold dry ingredients and grated apple into the eggs
Grease a baking pan with oil
Transfer the dough and sprinkle with coriander
Bake at 190 C for 40-

Grinding seeds into flour is clever. The apple gives natural sweetness. Gluten free and genuinely tasty.
