Du pain rapide aux flocons d'avoine avec graines de courge, kéfir et pomme râpée. Un pain riche en fibres pour le petit-déjeuner ou le goûter, prêt en 5 minutes de mélange.

Ingrédients
- 180 grolled oats
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- rosemary
- salt
a little
- 10 gbaking powder
- 3 pieceegg
- 150 mlkefir or liquid yogurt
- 20 mlolive oil
- 30 gapple
grated
- sesame seeds
for topping
Instructions
Mix oats with pumpkin seeds, rosemary, salt and baking powder
Add eggs, kefir and olive oil
Stir in grated apple
Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil
Transfer the dough and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C for 35-
