Pain aux pois chiches à 2 ingrédients
Pain minimaliste aux pois chiches fait uniquement de pois chiches trempés et de psyllium, avec sel, coriandre et huile d'olive. Sans farine, sans œufs, sans levure ni levure chimique.

Ingrédients
- 150 gchickpeas
soaked 12 hours
- 100 mlwater
- salt
- 25 gpsyllium husk
- coriander
- olive oil
Instructions
Soak chickpeas in water for , then drain
Blend chickpeas with 100 ml water into a puree
Add salt and mix
Stir in psyllium and let rest
Fold in hand-chopped coriander
Drizzle with olive oil
Shape the loaf and score the top
Sprinkle with coriander
Bake at 200 C for 45-
