Ingredientes
- 150 gavocado
- 1 pieceegg
- 40 gpumpkin seeds
- salt

- vegetable oil
for greasing
- sesame seeds

Instrucciones
Mash avocado with egg and salt
Stir in pumpkin seeds
Grease a small baking pan with oil
Spread the mixture into the pan
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake at 180 C for 15-
