  • 150 gavocado
  • 1 pieceegg
  • 40 gpumpkin seeds
  • salt

  • vegetable oil

    for greasing

  • sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mash avocado with egg and salt

  2. Stir in pumpkin seeds

  3. Grease a small baking pan with oil

  4. Spread the mixture into the pan

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
