Ingredients

  • 2bananas

    ripe

  • 2oranges
  • ginger

    small knob, to taste

  • 200 mlplant milk

    any vegan milk

  • 4 tbspoats
  • 1 tsphoney
  • cranberries

    for decoration

Instructions

  1. Peel 2 ripe bananas and 2 oranges and place in a blender.

  2. Add a small knob of ginger, 200ml plant milk and 4 tablespoons oats.

  3. Blend until completely smooth, then sweeten with 1 teaspoon honey.

  4. Pour into glasses and decorate with a few cranberries before serving.
