Ingredients

- apples
a few, baked in the oven to yield applesauce
- 180 gapplesauce
from baked apples
- 100 goats
- 50 gpumpkin seeds
- 1 tspflaxseed

- 1 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Bake a few apples in the oven until soft and blend to yield about 180g of applesauce.
Stir the applesauce together with 100g oats, 50g pumpkin seeds, 1 teaspoon flaxseed and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until well combined.
Scoop the dough into rounds and shape into cookies on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 180°C for until set.
Reheat for the next morning if baking ahead; optional: add 1-2 tablespoons oats and 1 teaspoon baking powder for a softer texture.
