  • 5 gbaking powder
  • 10 gpsyllium husk
  • 80 gGreek yogurt
  • 40 gcream cheese
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 10 gParmesan

    grated

  • 1garlic clove

    grated

  • 1mushroom

    sliced

  • 10olives
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 3cherry tomatoes
  • 1red onion
  • 120 gmozzarella
  • 25 gParmesan

    extra, grated

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese with eggs and salt, then stir in almond flour, baking powder and psyllium husk.

  2. Shape the dough into a pizza base on parchment, prick the edges and bake at 356°F (180°C) for .

  3. Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, salt, mustard, grated Parmesan and garlic; spread across the base.

  4. Top with sautéed mushrooms, olives, pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mozzarella and extra Parmesan, then bake 7 more minutes until melted.
