Ingredients

- 100 gbacon
small pieces
- green onion
- 200 mlcorn
1 cup
- 2eggs
- 200 mloat flakes
1 cup
- 100 mlheavy cream
- salt
- 100 gmozzarella
- 50 ghard cheese
Instructions
Brown the bacon with green onion and corn in a skillet.
Combine the bacon mixture with eggs, oat flakes, cream, salt and shredded mozzarella.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with hard cheese.
Bake at 180 °C for 30- until set and golden.
