    lightly toasted

  • 30 gwalnuts

    lightly toasted

  • 250 gcooked peas
  • 1garlic clove
  • 30 gpine nuts
  • 30 gparmesan

    finely grated

  • 60 mlolive oil

    or vegetable oil

  • baguette

    for serving, sliced and toasted

Instructions

  1. Lightly toast almonds and walnuts.

  2. Blend peas with garlic, pine nuts, parmesan, olive oil and toasted nuts.

  3. Toast baguette slices in oil on both sides.

  4. Spread the pesto on the toasted bread or toss with pasta.
