- 700 gground beef
- 150 gcarrot
- 1red onion
- 3garlic cloves
- 2 tbsptomato paste
- ½ tspsweet paprika
- 2 tbspbutter
- 600 gcauliflower
- 3egg yolks
- 60 ggrated cheddar
- 100 ggrated mozzarella
- 2hard-boiled eggs

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a little oil with salt, pepper and paprika. Add grated carrot, diced red onion, garlic and tomato paste and cook until softened.
Boil the cauliflower florets until soft, drain and mash with 3 egg yolks and butter.
Layer the beef in a baking dish, spread the cauliflower mash on top and cover with grated cheddar and mozzarella.
Bake at 190°C (374°F) for about , until the top is deeply golden.
For the lazy pies, grate hard-boiled eggs with salt, dill and green onions, fold through beaten egg whites, shape into small pies on an oiled tray, top with sesame seeds and bake at 200°C (392°F).
