  • 3eggs
  • 3 tbspsugar-free syrup
  • 100 gcottage cheese
  • 50 gyogurt
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 150 goats

    ground in a blender

  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • olive oil

    for greasing

Instructions

  1. Oil a baking dish, slice 2 apples and layer them across the bottom.

  2. Whisk 3 eggs with 2-3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup until frothy, then stir in 100g cottage cheese and 50g yogurt.

  3. Fold in 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 150g blender-ground oats and 1 teaspoon baking powder until smooth.

  4. Pour the batter over the apples and bake at 200°C for 25- until set and golden.

  5. Sprinkle with powdered milk in place of sugar and serve warm — a cozy breakfast for the whole family.
