Ingredientes
- 190 gavocado
1 ripe, pulp only
- 30 ghazelnuts
roasted
- 100 gdark chocolate
melted in microwave on defrost
- vegetable oil
for toasting bread
- bread
for serving
Instrucciones
Blend avocado pulp until smooth.
Add roasted hazelnuts.
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave on the defrost mode.
Combine everything and mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Toast slices of bread in a pan with vegetable oil until golden.
Serve the spread on the toasted bread.

Bergen Norway. My son has an egg allergy and most chocolate spreads contain something that causes him problems. This recipe has nothing to worry about. He is eight years old and he asked me to write this comment to say thank you. He says it is the best thing in the world on bread.
Ich mache diese als Weihnachtsgeschenk fuer meine Frau. Der Geschmack war gut aber die Konsistenz war ein wenig zu trocken.
